Returns and refunds

All Born Rebel items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review your request and work toward a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing information before placing an order. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for incorrect size selection.

For local pickup orders, all sales are final once the item has been received.

Born Rebel reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
